SETSTACK is a self-hosted web application.
No third-party scripts, fonts, analytics tools, CDNs, or external assets are loaded.
No U.S. services are involved.
Cookies are purely functional.

3. Hosting

SETSTACK is hosted on servers located in Germany.
The hosting provider processes minimal technical data as part of service operation under GDPR Art. 28.

4. Server Log Files

The hosting provider automatically collects log data when the site is accessed. This includes:

• IP address
• Date and time of the request
• Requested URL or file
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Referrer URL (if transmitted)
• HTTP status code

These logs are required for security and technical stability.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Log files are deleted automatically after a short retention period (typically 7–14 days).

5. Cookies

SETSTACK uses only essential cookies required for core functionality.
No analytics, marketing, tracking, or third-party cookies are set.

6. Feedback & Contact Form

SETSTACK includes a feedback form that allows users to contact me via email.
When submitting the form, the following data may be transmitted:

• Technical metadata (date, time, IP address if sent by the server)

Data is used exclusively to answer the inquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling inquiries).

Data is deleted once the inquiry is closed, unless retention obligations apply.

No data from the feedback form is shared with third parties.

SETSTACK does not use:

• Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Matomo, etc.)
• External CDNs
• Advertising or marketing services
• Social media plugins
• Machine-learning-based profiling

All interactions with the tool remain local in the browser unless the user actively sends a feedback message.

8. No Third-Country Transfers

All data stays within Germany.
No external processors or foreign services are involved.

All data transmitted between the browser and the server is protected with SSL/TLS encryption.
